Terms & Conditions 

Core livings team is kindly asking you to carefully review and adhere to all terms and conditions associated with your stay during summer. This ensures a safe, enjoyable, and compliant experience for both our guests and our community. Your cooperation is essential and greatly appreciated. Thank you for choosing to stay with us! 

  • Check in: 03:00 PM and Check out: 12:00 PM 
  • Beach cards cost EGP 500 (per card) for 7 days. 
  • Beach cards will be granted according to the number of rooms in each unit. (2 per room)
  • Additional cards will be issued for EGP 2000 (per card) for 7 days, with a limit of two cards per unit.
  • Children under the age of 15 years old are granted entry to any of the facilities without access card. 
  • In case of any beach access cards’ violation, we will be deducting from the security deposit
  •  There are no extra beds
  •  Guests are not allowed on the beach weekends.
  • No Pets allowed
  • Pillow covers and bedsheets are not provided by default. If required they can be provided for a minimum one-time cash payment of 100 EGP per set.  
Cancellation Policy: 
  • 75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
  • 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 days before arrival or earlier.
  • 0% refundable if canceled after.
  •  No Refunds for early Check out.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be equivalent to 15% of total rental value. This deposit must be paid in addition to the rental fee prior to or upon arrival. The only acceptable payment method is only Credit/Debit Card via payment link provided by Property Consultant upon Check In.

  •  To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone in the community, we kindly ask that you maintain considerate noise levels throughout your stay. Your cooperation helps uphold the peaceful ambiance of our neighborhood and is greatly appreciated by all residents. 
Tenant mix policy: 
Core Livings is dedicated to providing a comfortable and family-friendly environment during summer. 
To maintain this atmosphere, the rented chalets are available ONLY for rental by family groups and groups composed of individuals of the same gender [No Mixed Groups are allowed] 
Noting that during the reservation process, all potential tenants will be asked to provide information about their group composition. This information may include relationships of all individuals within the group and gender. Core livings representatives reserve the right to refuse accommodation at check-in if the composition of the group does not comply with our tenant mix policy as stated. In such cases, any payments made will be subject to our standard cancellation policy
  • Payment terms: Payment will be ONLY through Credit Cards on Core Livings Website. 
  • Occupancy Limit for each unit: Numbers listed below for the adults [kids are not included] 
  • For rentals, the occupancy per room is 2 adults per room. [Excluding children and helpers.]
