Q1: Are guest visits allowed?

  • Guest visits are allowed. However, they are not granted beach/pool access on weekends.

Q2: Are pets allowed?

  • No, pets are not allowed.

Q3: How can I make a reservation?

  • You can make a reservation easily through our website. 

Q4: Are there any extra charges or fees for cleaning?

  • Upon booking you are charged  a one time cleaning fee, for additional cleaning requests there will be an additional fee charged.

Q5: How many beach access cards should I have? Is it allowed to buy more?

  • For 2-bedroom units: 4 beach access cards.
  • For 3-bedroom units: 6 beach access cards.
  • For 4-bedroom units: 8 beach access cards.
  • Additional cards can be issued for EGP 2000 per card for 5 days, with a limit of two extra cards per unit.

Q6: How are payments done for the bookings?

  • Payments are only accepted online through our website via credit or debit card.

Q7: What is the cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations must be made 15 days before your arrival date and will be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee. After the 15 days, no refunds for the deposit. No refunds for early check-out.

Q8: Is there WiFi internet available in each unit?

  • There is no WiFi available.

Q9: Do you provide bedsheets and towels for each unit?

  • Bedsheets and towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.

Q10: Are all pools accessible?

  • Not all pools are accessible. Specific pools are reserved for owners only.

Q11: Is there a discount or voucher code available when booking through your website?

  • You can get a 50% discount on beach access cards when booking through Core Livings' website.

Q12: Can I reschedule my booking?

  • You may reschedule your reservation 20 days before your arrival date upon availability.

Q13: How and when can I extend my stay?

  • Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact us to inquire about extending your stay.

Q14: Are there any extra beds available?

  • There are no extra beds available.

Q15: Are there bed sheets and pillow cases provided? 

  • Pillow covers and bedsheets are not provided by default. If required they can be provided for a minimum one-time cash payment of 100 EGP per set.

Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is at 03:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
  • Beach Cards Costs: EGP 500 per card for 5 days. Children under 15 years old can enter facilities without an access card.
  • Security Deposit: Equivalent to the cost of one extra night's stay, payable via credit/debit card through the Core Livings website.
  • Guest Policy: Guests are not allowed on weekends.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    • 75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
    • 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 days before arrival or earlier.
    • 0% refundable if canceled after.
    • No Refunds for early Check out.

    Security Deposit: The security deposit will be equivalent to 15% of total rental value. This deposit must be paid in addition to the rental fee prior to or upon arrival. The only acceptable payment method is only Credit/Debit Card via payment link provided by Property Consultant upon Check In.

  • Noise Levels: Maintain considerate noise levels to uphold the peaceful ambiance.
  • Occupancy Limit: 2 adults per room, excluding children and helpers.

Special Policies

  • Tenant Mix Policy: Only family groups and groups of the same gender are allowed. Information about group composition is required during the reservation process.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is only accepted through credit cards on the Core Livings website.
